The Shadow Healing Community expands across Canada, Europe, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and the United States, in both small communities and large cities. Men, Women and Children come together to transform themselves, their families and their communities into empowered, loving and caring centers of enlightenment and higher consciousness. Through healing and self-discovery these Women, Men, Boys and Girls are transforming their core identities and reaching their full potentials by making their dreams and ideal lives come true! Experiential weekends are offered as Co-Gender, Family, Men only, Women only and Youth only trainings.

The Shadow Healing Community offers Master's courses and Certification in Communication, Conflict Resolution, Emotional Mastery, Shadow Coaching, Shadow Projection and Facilitator Training. Aside from creating and operating Leadership and Corporate Training and Development Programs, SHI also provides Executive Personal Coaching and Mentoring and runs Experiential Personal Growth and Development Retreats and Weekends.

Steve Kushner (Kush) is a teacher, traveler, healer, storyteller and visionary. As founder and steward of the Shadow Healing Community, Steve brings forth the energies of spontaneous creativity, imagination and joy. Steve co-creates safe and non-shaming environments to allow for deep learning and core transformation. Steve draws upon 30 years of experience from the paper and plastics packaging industry. He is an international workshop creator and leader who works and lives in several languages. He is the author of several booklets (Guts Guide, Shadow Healing Guide, Emotional Circuitry Guide, Conflict Resolution Guide) and several facilitator and leadership manuals.

Steve pours most of his energy into manifesting his visions and missions. He believes strongly in personal freedom and the right for everyone to fully explore, experience and express their true Self, Soul's purpose and Life! He fancies himself as a kind of Soul Attorney, specializing in consciousness raising. Steve is aspiring to earn his Ph.D. from the University of Life! "Throughout history, cutting-edge technologies and new paradigms have arrived before their time in the eyes of the culture, and at exactly the time they were needed in the eyes of the soul." Steve traces his spiritual lineage through this principle and sees it made manifest.
